Reservations and Cancellations

We strongly recommend booking in advance to ensure your preferred reservation times. However, if the schedule permits, walk-in appointments are available. It is our policy to hold multiple reservations with a credit card.

We do understand that missing a reservation or needing to reschedule does occasionally happen and we will try to accommodate every customer. A minimum of 24 hours is an appropriate notice for single services but parties and multiple services do require 48 hours to allow us to utilize our waiting list. If proper notice is not given, we reserve the right to charge 50% of service total to your credit card or gift card if we are unable to fill your reserved reservation.

Children and Cell Phones

At the spa we strive to promote a stress free environment for all of our clients. We love children and all have cell phones but at the spa we ask that you put your phone on silent and take this time for yourself. You deserve it!

Gratuities

For those wishing to show your practitioner appreciation for a wonderful treatment, gratuity envelopes are available at the front desk. The industry average is 15% to 20%. This average need not apply to our Laser and Pulsed Light Hair Removal clients.

Prices and services are subject to change without notice. We are not responsible for lost or stolen gift cards or personal belongings.

Saturday: 9:00am - 4:00pm
Sunday: Open the first Sunday of every month. 10:00am-4:00pm
